This competition divide the two phases: first phase is the theory training, theoretic examine and select , mainly to review the relative knowledge command of basic knowledge, car electronic control systems, automatic transmission and etc of car engine,; the second phase is the examine of practical operation skill. More than 140 mechanics from 100 more car repair shop attends the competition.

After strict theoretic examine; only the top 34 persons entered the final competitition at Shandong Transport Vocational College on May 19, 2007.  The final mostly test the player the practical operation skill of the common equipments:

(1) Using the Engine analyzer to test relative parameter of electronic control systems.

(2) Diagnose and eliminate the integrate trouble of Oil line and electronic circuit of EFI Engine

(3) Component inspection and test of knock-down AT of Toyota A340E.

All above three items base on the grade standard decided by the judgment team, each item count independently by 2 judges on spot. The average mark of 2 judges will be the final score of the player on that item.

After the 2-day intensity and sequence competition, the final mark of every player calculates the 30% theory result plus 70% practical operation grade. At last Mr. Wang Faqiu of the Qingdao Dezhongfu Co. wins the champion with 1-set USD1100 Sysokean C-Scanner set reword, the follow 6 winner also
